Greetings lucky new Badlands gear recipient! We’re currently in an exciting growth spurt here at Badlands and with that, some of our processes are getting upgraded. We ensure you, we’re working as fast as possible to streamline our fancy new returns/exchanges program and get it up and running but until then, please follow the process below for all returns:
Reminder to please follow these steps closely to ensure a smooth returns process:
Step 1: Find your Badlands Order # and have it ready
- This can be found on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email
Step 2: Email or call Badlands Customer Service at:
- If sending an email, put “Badlands Return Order # (insert order # here)” as your subject line and include your name (as it appeared on the order) and your order # in the body of the email as well.
- Please try to send this email from the email address you placed your order with
*A Badlands representative will take your call and get your order # or if sending an email, they will respond to your email with a prepaid shipping label that you can print out, adhere to package and send back via FedEx.
Please allow us 1-2 business days to respond to your Order Return Request email. For return, items should be in new, unused condition and preferably in original packaging with original tags.
