Hey, it happens. Sometimes the fit just isn’t quite right, or a piece of gear just isn't what you expected. When that happens, we promise to take care of it.

Our return process has changed and will differ based on the date of your order. Please read the following carefully before starting your return.

*Orders may be submitted for return/refund if submitted within 60 days of original purchase.

For orders placed AFTER July 3, 2022:

**Please Note: At this time, we are only processing returns and refunds. Size or color exchanges cannot be processed through this system. You will need to place a new order if a new piece is needed. Thank you.

For orders placed on or before June 28, 2022:

Please follow these steps closely to ensure a smooth returns process.

STEP 1: Find your Badlands Order # and have it ready

  • This can be found on your packing slip or in your order confirmation email
STEP 2: Email or call Badlands Customer Service at:
  • 801-256-9100
    • If sending an email, put “Badlands Return Order # (insert order # here)” as your subject line and include your name (as it appeared on the order) and your order # in the body of the email as well.
    • Please try to send this email from the email address you placed your order with
  • A Badlands representative will take your call and get your order # or if sending an email, they will respond to your email with a prepaid shipping label that you can print out, adhere to package and send back via FedEx.

    Please allow us 1-2 business days to respond to your Order Return Request email. For return, items should be in new, unused condition and preferably in original packaging with original tags.
