"This thing is great, I wore it while western shed hunting in open country as sun protection and it did great. It weighs nothing and kept me warm in the strong morning winds coming off the hills. I was worried that this would be itchy since its merino but I never felt like it was itchy or uncomfortable at all. There's so much material on this that I was able to pull it around the back of my very big head to protect my ears and there was still enough material to cover the back of my neck down to my t-shirt."
