"I wore this as an insulation Piece under my outer layer for all of late season PA whitetail. This insulation piece coupled with a proper windstopper and base layer got me down to about 20 degrees for multiple 5-6 hour sits in the stand and blind. I highly recommend this piece for anyone looking for a good insulation piece or just a day to day jacket."

"Nothing beats my Badlands Super Nova down jacket but this comes real close. The Ultralight packable jacket warmth to weight ratio is awesome. This jacket makes an excellent packable mid layer to use when temps drop more than expected. The fit is true to size and the cuffs o. The sleeves are elastic which means if you are trying to don this jacket with gloves you can…at least I can. The material is quieter than expected and in no way would I think it is “too loud to hunt in”. What makes this jacket so good is the fact that it packs into the left pocket and will take up hardly any real estate or weight to your day or week pack. For those of us who like to pack a little warmth insurance when you venture out this jacket is a no brainer. This is jacket is doing a mid layer right! ***Badlands needs to release a pant version of this!!!!! With full side zips******"
