Are these full length pants or do the legs stop mid calf?: Andrew, the Shift pants are designed to be worn underneath an outer pair of pants, and come down to mid-calf!
How tough is the outer material for the shift pants? I was wondering are these strictly a mid layer or could it be used as an outer layer. Thinking if it could be good for slipping on after getting to a stand or while glassing.: Jay, they can be used in the situations you described, but the face fabric is not designed to be hiking around in. However, we recommend using them as a mid-layer.
What material(s) make up these pants?: Jurms, 85% Polyester/15% Spandex and Primaloft Gold 40g insulation.
