Alpha rain jacket warranty

"I warranty my alpha rain jacket after about 4 years of heavy field use. While the jacket was fine besides a few cosmetic issues the taped zipper seam of the main zipper had started to fail and the zipper wouldn't zip up past the bottom without splitting. They called after I sent it in to let me know that my jacket was an older model and the new one was called the Omega. It'll have the OG pattern which is similar to my old pattern so im stoked . Exceptional customer service, love the warranty"

Unparalleled Customer Service and Warranty

"I've been wearing the Alpha Biothermic Raincoat for 10+ years and it finally showed signs of aging. The fabric was fine, but the seam tape and the glue holding the tape to the fabric was starting to fall off. I returned the Alpha to have the seam tape replaced. I promptly received a phone call informing me that the seam tape cannot be replaced, and the Alpha was a discontinued model. Instead, they are going to upgrade my replacement coat to their latest Omega, due out in May 2025. That is unparalleled customer service and warranty !!!"
