Born in 1973 in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho the outdoors has always been a part of his life. He begged his mom every day to take him to the lake to go fishing. Once he discovered archery in high school, his passion for the outdoors exploded. Teaching others to shoot a bow remains a passion for him to this day. His very patient wife Staci who foolishly said “I do” in 1997 has seen his love for mule deer grow leaps and bounds in the last 20 years. Their 15-year-old son Kyle and his mom are successful hunters in their own right, with multiple trophies on the wall and memories for a lifetime. Henry spends more time pursuing and watching mule deer than any healthy person should. After a particularly brutal pack out in 2004, he bought his first 2200 and has faithfully used Badlands packs ever since.
